Girard-Perregaux Watches Releases 1966 Full Calendar Limited Edition

Mixing the functions and style with a great watchmaking classic, Girard Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar limited edition watch is one of my favorite luxury watches. The watch case is made of an unique metal, palladium, which does not require rhodium plating, and is also tarnish resistant. Besides, the special metal makes the watch wear comfortably with the thin. Only 199 pieces are available and the retail price will be around $20,000.

Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar watches integrates a full calendar displaying the date, day of the week, month and moon phases. Driven by Girard Perregaux’s in-house movement GP033M0 self-winding caliber, which provides the triple calendar information as well as the time and moon phase indication. The movement can be seen through the back of the 40mm case.

Time moves fluidly around its perfectly-proportioned dial, which is slightly domed around the edges and the markers and hands are all in style with the "1966" look of the collection. In addition, the dial of Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar has a soft brushed finish to it and is in gray. This design makes the watch looks big and add legibility to the dial in a minimalist way. The result is a classic-looking, comfortable and practical Girard Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar Palladium watch with authentic Swiss watches style.

As for the layout of the dial, the leaf-shaped hour and minute hands and the day and date windows placed side-by-side at 12 o'clock constitute a beautiful picture. The moon follows its path at 6 o'clock in concert with the date indicator.

In all, the Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar features amazing symmetry, good readability and outstanding resistance. It is one of the beautiful Girard-Perregaux watches I have ever seen. It will well satisfiy the most refined tastes in terms of design and style. I am looking forward to have the replica Girard-Perregaux watches on my wrist.
